Started out as an old barn car found in Witbank on a farm the owner did not know exactly what type of car it was and the potential of the car, the car didn’t drive or start when it arrived in ATR and it had an all-new change. Every little thing on the car was replaced complete drive-train imported from Australia coming out of a Mitsubishi RVR SUV the internal components on the complete drive drain was redone running straight cut 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears with short ratios a new motor was imported as it’s not the same motor as the Evos has in but its also known as a 4g63 mivec motor the complete engine was rebuild with only the best parts was used on the engine and its components the engineering was done to precise a hand-build manifold build by the crews boss Chris Steyn was build fitted with a Garrett ball bearing turbo, the fuel tank was replaced by a fuel cell in the back running 4 fuel pumps to feed the hungry 1200cc injectors with a mix of fuel. There’s also a 100hp nitrous kit installed in the car. After the built the car was dyno’d and did a 420kw on 0.8 bar boost. The car is the only one like this in SA and one of only 2 registered in SA.
